Todd Edwards – Love Inside (Mohegan Son Booty Boot)
The artwork above is minimally distinguishing to say the least, you might think. You might remember the Full Service Allstars Volume 1 compilation released back in November that featured some outstanding producers/djs of the New York City underground. In this instance, it’s all about FS party contributor Mohegan Son, a New Jersey native now operating out of the city and who’s sound is most favorable to me when it’s in club form. Of course, if you were unfamiliar with Mohegan up until this point do recognize the other genres that contribute to a fairly stacked catalog that is his Soundcloud profile, like juke and soulful future bass joints. As far as this “Love Inside” bootleg goes, it’s layered fairly minimally, but the vocal chops are intelligently arranged with bass hits that will succeed in doing their job on the dance floor.
