Lil TExAS – “Talkin 2 U”
“Talkin 2 U” is the title track from Sam Barry’s (better known as Lil TExAS) upcoming EP for the Brighton-stationed, seminal label of forward thinking electronic music Donky Pitch. Like TExAS has done with past efforts, he manipulates a sample phenomenally in gearing the track around it down an eventual path of club subsistence. It’s pretty much impossible to not like the Texas transplant and his contributions to the M|O|D discography, those being aside from good one off put outs. I’m also not discouraged by Donky Pitch’s last few releases, hosting successful EPs from Lockah and The Range most recently. Download this tune below and mark the calendar for May 27th.
